Kara MacNeil is the Director of Evaluation & Learning at the Halifax & Region Military Family Resource Centre. Practising from a strength-based, family-centred approach Kara has developed, facilitated and evaluated military family support programs for over 20 years. She currently supports strategic thinking, reflection and learning at the H & R MFRC. Kara is passionate about ensuring military family supports continue to evolve to meet the needs of families and are offered in creative and meaningful ways.
